Bilin Technology was created to help B2B marketers identify prospect, influence purchasing decisions and close the deal. With a team of PhDs and digital advertising veterans, we apply multidisciplinary sciences to online user behaviors, fine tune our algorithms to yield a breakthrough in B2B digital marketing technology.

Our Content Engine monitors the content that is consumed during your prospects pre-buying. Internet research, uses AI and deep learning technologies to identify patterns and correlate millions of events to determine your prospect’s buying intention.

Our Campaign Management System then helps you nurture relationship with the prospects by serving ads at the precise time, at the exact location and to the right people, targeting decision makers like CMO, CTO and VP Marketing.

Leadership

As a passionate technologist and entrepreneur, Lin lived and breathed RTB revolution from its inception. Before founding Bilin, Lin was the VP of Global Partnership at Digilant and he oversaw Digilant’s trading strategy as well as partnerships with exchanges, media and data providers across the global. He also led the development of Digilant's key products including data management platform, analytics and algorithm for audience targeting.

Previously Lin worked at Publicis Groupe’s Vivaki Nerve Center, where he led the development of cutting-edge data solutions as well as an analytics platform for digital agencies across Publicis. Prior to digital advertising, Lin held various senior product management and marketing leadership positions at EMC and Lucent Technologies.

Lin holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Chicago and an MBA from Harvard.

A machine learning expert and big data scientist, Jason leads the development of Bilin’s core technology platform and its many unique and cutting-edge functions. Jason was previously the Chief Scientist at Digilant, where he led the development of one of industry’s earliest DSPs.

He designed the big data platform and various optimization and contextual targeting technologies. Prior to Digilant, Jason was an engineer architect at Ask.com, where he developed search technology based on human thinking pattern and simulation.

Jason holds a Ph.D in Computer Science specialized in Machine Learning from Rutgers University.

Before co-founding Bilin Diana held various senior management roles in corporate finance, sales and marketing at EMC and Sonus Networks. Previously she was a management consultant with PwC and had extensive experience advising fortune 500 companies. She also held executive position in strategy and business development for TD Ameritrade.

Diana holds an M.B.A. from Harvard and she also holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Economics.

Johns 40 year career as a leader of information management and distribution helped transform popular industry print and online publications into major technology and Internet information destinations worldwide.

As Publisher & COO of BYTE Magazine, a McGraw Hill publication, John oversaw the world’s largest computer magazine with a global circulation of 1,000,000+ published in nine languages and distributed in 109 countries, located and staffed on four continents.

John also held founding positions at CMP Publishing that helped steer that start up to an eventual acquisition by a major British global publisher of nearly a billion USD, while driving their business development revenues at a 10x improvement over an 8 year span

In 1999 John moved away from print publishing and on to the Internet. As employee 28 for TechTarget he personally was credited with over $500,000,000 in sales while opening their sales and marketing efforts in both the US and later in EMEA, eventually leading to a significant IPO on Nasdaq in 2007. In 2010 John pursued a lifelong ambition of writing a novel which is now Published.

He returned to Ad Tech with Digilant.com, in 2011 a privately held Internet DSP/Trading desk doing business in EMEA, Latam, and the US. Here John acted as a catalyst in establishing a new line of b2b product using multiple disciplines within Ad Tech/Search/ and IP protocols to develop usable predictive analytics.

Now a member of the BilinUSA launch team John also maintains several board positions within the AdTech/Online Media company and consults with multiple enterprises.

Senior Product Manager (Strong UX/UI)
